Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dogwood Avenue Books. We
hope that you will be satisfied with the product you purchased. If you are
not, please consult our return policy.
Dogwood Avenue Books ships all items as regular
lettermail or parcel post. Our favourite shipping company is Canada Post. We
do not use priority or express shipping for regular items.
We ship by regular mail because we believe it is the
method that leaves the smallest footprint on the environment. When we
started Dogwood Avenue Books, the last thing we had in mind was a fleet of
mostly empty delivery trucks speeding through the streets of our cities to
bring customers a 300 grams (10 ounce) book or a 25 gram (0.8 ounce) map.
We, however, understand that special
circumstances may occur and you might need one of our items ASAP. If you
require express shipping, please contact us by email and
we will inform you of the added cost. If you agree to the increase, we will make suitable arrangements for shipping and payment
processing.
